WHAT WE DO

The Gathering Faith Leadership Network is a non-profit organization located in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria and was incorporated on the 9th of August 2021 by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).

We are a pastoral training and resourcing ministry located in the beautiful city of Jos, Plateau state, Nigeria and our mission is to encourage, equip, and envision pastors.

In light of the physical and emotional toll the pandemic has had on churches, the low poverty levels and ongoing economic uncertainty, the persecution of Christians in isolated communities, and the lack of theological and practical ministry training, many Nigerian pastors are being tested like never before, and even more are experiencing “faith-fatigue”. These turn of events have either strengthened their resolve in ministry and sense of calling, or it has worn them out and inadvertently exposed their personal insecurities and hidden idols. 

As we attempt to navigate through these uncertain times, the reality is that is every pastor needs a safe place to unburden themselves where a caring coach in ministry can walk alongside them to the finish line. Without it, very few pastor finish the race well, or even finish at all before dropping out of ministry.

Wherever you may find yourself on this ministry spectrum, The Gathering Faith Leadership Network is here to serve as your guide. We are a pastoral training and resourcing ministry, and our mission is to encourage, equip, and envision pastors. In so doing, our long-term vision is to develop emotionally and spiritually healthy pastors who lead thriving churches and ministries. 

We are here for you and would be honored to serve you and journey alongside you as you “keep watch over yourselves and all the flock of which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers.” (Acts 20:28)
