How We Encourage Pastors and Ministry Leaders.
We provide pastoral coaching and one-on-one counseling for pastors who are in desperate need of rest for their mind and soul. When you make an appointment with us, we connect you to one of our trained Timothy Elders who meets with you (online, on the phone, or in person) and provides a safe space and a listening ear to unburden your heart. We help you think through, pray through, and work through your personal sense of calling and gifting (both spiritual and natural) so as to arrive at a place where you are thriving spiritually and emotionally as a leader.
Our keynote course we offer is titled, “SOUL CARE FOR PASTORS”. This course is designed to help pastors and ministry leaders get unstuck from past wounds, unhealthy habits, and strongholds that have hindered your ministry, as well as help you thrive so you can begin leading from a place of emotional health and strength.
