How We Equip Pastors and Ministry Leaders.
According to the Lausanne Movement, only 5% of all pastoral leaders presently in ministry have received training. This means that as many as 2 million pastors around the world are ministering without the right training, skills, and relationships necessary to flourish in sustained ministry.
Here at The Gathering Faith Leadership Network, one of our goals is to equip pastors and ministry leaders by providing book-by-book biblical teaching, theological classes, as well as strategic and practical ministry training to help grow spiritually and emotionally healthy pastors who lead thriving churches.
At schedules times during the year, we host a variety of courses, seminars, and conferences on each of what we call the 14 Systems of Church Ministry which includes everything from Church Eldership, to Sermon Preparation and Planning, to Evangelism and Discipleship.
